When can I track my Luggers?
Once your crew has been dispatched to your pickup location, you’ll get a push notification (if you booked in the app) or a text with a tracking link (if you booked on the website).
- If you booked in the Lugg app → Tap the push notification to open the app and see your live tracking screen.
- If you booked on the Lugg website → You’ll receive a text with a web link to track your crew in real-time.

Tracking your crew on the app is easy. Just follow these steps:
- Download the Lugg app from the Google Play Store or App Store (if you haven’t already).
- Enter your phone number to log in.
- Once logged in, you’ll see your active Lugg and can track them directly on the map.
- Need to give instructions? Call or text your crew straight from the app.

Don’t have the app? You can also track your crew on our website using these steps:
- Sign in to lugg.com
- Click the profile icon and select “My Luggs”
- Click on your ongoing trip
- From there, you can track your crew in real-time
Lugg Tip: You can still call or text your crew when using the mobile website, as long as you're logged in with the phone number linked to your account.
